My main client base is adults (25-50). I work with you to explore the issues you are facing, and then guide and challenge the perceptions which may be holding you back.

I offer sessions for those aged 50+ , a time of life where many changes often occur. We explore your views and beliefs and we will reflect on current difficulties and find a new, more positive, approach which can lead to contentment and inner peace

I offer group sessions, looking at maximising potential in team groups. I work with experienced managers to create leaders, and with new managers to develop their communication skills, management style and rapport
Progress equals happiness. Friends and family can provide advice and listen to you vent. But you need a life coach if you want to determine what really matters to you in an honest way and make a strategic plan on how to move forward.
